NNTT at Home - Free Streaming for theatre lovers

New National Theatre, Tokyo launches free streaming service "NNTT at Home" from April 10 for all who love performing arts. It is announced by Bachtrack, the classical music website.

"First, we will stream three full-length operas on this website, with each performance available for a week. This service will kick off with Die Zauberflöte (The Magic Flute) which was performed in October, 2018 as the opening production of the first season under the Artistic Director of Opera ONO Kazushi. Turandot performed as a part of SUMMER FESTIVAL OPERA 2019-20 Japan ↔ Tokyo ↔ World and 2019/2020 season opener, Eugene Onegin will follow."

"Though we are in this uncertain time, we would like to bring our stage to your home.
