REVIEW : "Asters" by Akira Nishimura
april.2019
The premiere in the national language (text: Mikiro Sasaki) - with formidable Japanese soloists (Tomohiro Takada, the actor of the main character, was engaged by the ensemble of the Kiel Theater), with the beautiful house choir of the NNTT and with the electrifying vital Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra ~ marked the auspicious beginning of a story that Ono wants to continue every two years: new music theater from the workshop of Japanese composers.
